How it works for you

2. Name your team at checkout. Use your company or department name.
3. Invite your people by email or enrollment key.
4. Track progress and quiz results from your team dashboard. You do not need access to our website admin.

Team leaders are enrolled at no cost, so you can see what your team sees. Topics run five to ten minutes and a full Lab takes one to two hours. No cohorts, no schedules, no live sessions to miss.

How do people sign up?
They get an invitation by email or use an enrollment key, then create their own account.

What can I see as the team manager?
Who has started, who has finished, and quiz results.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

How long does access last?
Twelve months from purchase.

Does your system work with our company’s learning platform or single sign-on?

Who built it

Mike McKenna founded TEAM Solutions in 2003 and has offered training online since 2011. He has written five books and trained more than ten thousand professionals across emergency response and professional development. More than twenty-five years of it was spent in white-collar investigations for Fortune 500 companies and in state and federal disaster response, watching who held it together and who did not.

The people who held were not the most technically skilled. They could stay steady, say the hard thing, and decide without complete information.

AI will write your email. AI will not teach you to stay steady when somebody gets defensive, to read a room, or to make the call without all the facts. Those come from reps.
